Moldovan President Temporarily Suspended

The constitutional court of Moldova has temporarily suspended President Igor Dodon for refusing to sign the appointment of new ministers and deputy prime ministers, Ukrinform informed.

The Constitutional Court has ruled to authorize the prime minister or speaker of parliament to appoint the new ministers and deputy ministers.

A few days ago the Moldovan government made some replacements but the president announced that he would not sign the decrees on their appointment.
