Turkey has requested Interpol to issue international wanted persons notice for three former prosecutors who ran away to Germany via Armenia and Georgia, haberler.com reported. Zekeriya Oz, Jellal Kar and Mehmet Yuzgec were prosecuting corruption at the top level of the Turkish government. In 2013 Bilal Erdogan, the son of the Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan, was among the suspects. The former prosecutors are accused of membership to the movement of Fetullah Gulen who has been declared the archenemy of Erdogan. According to the Turkish authorities, in 2015 they fled to Germany via the territory of Armenia and Georgia. Earlier Turkey had requested the German authorities to extradite the three prosecutors but Berlin did not answer their request.
