Syrian Embassy Presented Note Verbale

We have learned that the Syrian Embassy to Armenia presented a note verbale on recalling Mohammad Hossam Hafez.

Mohammad Hossam was Assistant to Charge d’Affaires in Armenia and was rumored to have joined the Syrian opposition. He had left Armenia earlier.
