Armsoft Demands Audit

    • Business - Thursday, 31 May 2012, 12:11

Ashot Kհachatryan, Director of one of the major IT companies of Armenia, Armenian Software /ARMSOFT/, made a statement today noting that his company has been working in this sphere for 25 years with 125 staff members and more than 3000 customers.

“Banks, credit organizations, the majority of the private and state enterprises are using our programs. Armsoft is an honest taxpayer: the company has not committed a breach in the past 25 years.

Our company has invested in the Armenian budget immense amounts and is one of the most efficient taxpayers on account of taxes per member. And we are proud of it.

But we have to note with regret that the sphere of IT technologies is almost collapsing.

We want to get the report about the activities of organizations which are called to realize reforms in the IT sphere.

Incubator Fund for enterprises has been operating in Armenia for 10 years. Our assessment of the activities of the fund which is funded by taxpayers is negative,” the statement holds.

Armenian Software demands an audit at Incubator Fund and a possibility for the IT companies to take part in the audit.
