Today the government decided to discharge the governor of Syunik Surik Khachatryan. He came to the government with a folder, submitted it and left. His car demonstratively ignored the traffic rules and left fast.
This is the second time Surik Khachatryan is discharged. The first time was after the incident involving the Budaghyan family when one of the brothers was killed. Earlier the governor’s relatives featured in different crimes, including murder.
At that time Surik Khachatryan quickly returned to his position. Afterwards, the family and relatives of Liska’s family got involved in different criminal stories.
When Liska was discharged for the first time, worries were felt in the criminal oligarchy, and Tokhmakh Mher said in an interview with reporters that he is trying to understand the reason for discharge, actually indicating that they are not discharging him for murder. Apparently, the criminal oligarchy was trying to understand what was happening, why Serzh Sargsyan tried to remove him, whether he is in danger.
However, the doubts were relieved, and Liska returned.
He has been discharged again, in the context of the “systemic changes”. This time the criminal oligarchy cannot have questions because it seems clear what is happening. They have been offered to leave, which is a “mission” that allows avoiding losses.
Is this process irreversible, especially that the system seems to have run out of all resources to continue in the same way. Liska’s angry departure from the government may indicate that the situation is serious and clear to everyone.
