Since the Beginning of Season of Summer Passenger Fright Yerevan-Batumi-Yerevan Train Has Transported 30 575 Passengers

Since running the brand train 'Armenia' of CJSC 'South Caucasus Railway' transported 30,575 passengers on Yerevan-Batumi-Yerevan route. This figure is 18.9% higher than in 2011, when in the period from June 15 to August 16 25,705 passengers were transported.

Overall, in the period from 1 June to August 16 39,005 tickets of the brand train 'Armenia' were sold, which is 27.3% above last year's figure of 30,646 tickets.

However, only in the period from the 1st to the 16th of August 14 487 passengers were transported (up 35.9% compared to the same period last year) and 10,893 tickets sold (up 57.7%).

On the average, since August almost 1,000 passengers are daily transported in destination Yerevan-Batumi-Yerevan.
