Charles Aznavour Visiting Georgia

The president of Georgia Saakashvili has invited Charles Aznavour, the Armenian French singer, to Georgia. In Tbilisi, he visited Saint Echmiadzin.

Then Charles Aznavour met with the Armenian community of Tbilisi at Kaloust Kulpenkian Hall of the cultural center of the Armenian Diocese of Georgia.

On August 16 Charles Aznavour and his band of 22 will participate in the dedication of the reconstructed fortress of Rabbat in Akhaltsikhe. The legendary singer will perform for the first time in the home city of his ancestors.
