Davtyan Lost

On the first day of the Olympic Games the judo fighter Hovhannes Davtyan, 60 kg, won the fight with German Tobias Engelmeier in the 1/32 final.

Davtyan, 60 defeated Azerbaijani Ilgar Mulkiyev in the 1/16 final.

In the 1/8 final he defeated Yerkebulan Kosayev, Kazakhstan and in the ¼ final his challenger will be Elio Verde, Italy. Arsen Galsyan representing Russia is also in the ¼ final.

In the 1/4 he lost to Frenchman Sophian Milou.
