Vardan Ghukasyan’s “Spontaneous” Rally

We have learned that the Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan cannot reconcile with the idea that he will not run in the upcoming elections. The Republican Party will not support him and has supported another candidate. The mayor and his supporters are currently making a list of citizens of Gyumri to hold a “spontaneous” rally to demand and force Ghukasyan to run. The rally is supposed to be held this week.
