Serzh Sargsyan and Garegin II Congratulated Bako Sahakyan

On July 20, Serzh Sargsyan and Catholicos Garegin II congratulated NKR President Bako Sahakyan on his reelection.

Serzh Sargsyan noted in his message that his victory reiterates the irreversible path of the people of Artsakh towards political freedom, democracy and a society based on national and human values.

The Catholicos says Bako Sahakyan earned the love and trust of the Artsakh people with the help of his work to strengthen Artsakh. Under your leadership, Artsakh which is building its new, free and independent life, has passed the development path and recorded success in the economic, military fields ensuring a better future for the country, writes the Catholicos.
