When Arman Veziryan, a member of Helsinki Association, went up to the restaurant, the owner of the restaurant Ruben Hairapetyan approached him, and after a short talk punched the human rights activist causing him to fall on the ground.

By the way, the policemen guarding the area did not interfere even after Ruben Hairapetyan knocked the human rights activist down.

Interestingly, Ruben Hairapetyan, was in Harsnakar tonight. By the way, he denied being in restaurant in the evening of June 17 when Vahe was beaten.
