Lieutenant Colonel Vardan Samvelyan Taken Under Custody

Lieutenant Colonel of military unit N3 of the Defense Ministry was indicted on July 3. He was charged with illegal possession of weapon. The MoD representative Mary Sargsyan told Pastinfo that Vardan Samvelyan was taken into custody.

In the night of July 1, armed Vardan Samvelyan entered the Harsnakar restaurant and threatened to blow it up.
