Next Cabinet Known

The RPA Executive Border yesterday discussed the next cabinet. The RPA nominated Artem Asatryan, ex-deputy minister, as minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Derenik Dumanyan, president of the Medical University, as minister of health, and Gagik Beglaryan, ex-mayor of Yerevan, as minister of transport and communication. Gagik Beglaryan will resign from parliament.

The other ministers will be reappointed: Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan, Minister of Justice Hrair Tovmasyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan, Minister of Environmental Protection Aram Harutiunyan, Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan, Minister of Energy and Nature Resources Armen Movsisyan, Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan, Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan, Minister of Defense Seiran Ohanyan, Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, Minister of Finance Vacheh Gabrielyan.

Orinats Yerkir Party nominates three ministers. The minister of emergency situations Armen Yeritsyan and the minister of agriculture Sergo Karapetyan have been reappointed. Member of Parliament Samvel Tadevosyan is a possible candidate for the ministry of urban planning.As to the minister of sport and youth, the spokesman for the RPA Sharmazanov said the nomination will be made during the meeting of government. A possible candidate is Hrachya Rostomyan, the secretary of the Olympic Committee. He has recently left the Prosperous Armenia Party.
