Vigen Sargsyan Candidate for Speaker

The Irates De Facto informs that Vigen Sargsyan, the chief of staff of the president, who ran for parliament on the Republican list, is rumored to be a candidate for speaker.

Interestingly, there is a “precedent”. The speaker of the Russian Duma is Sergey Narishkin who used to be the chief of staff of the president of Russia.

However, Narishkin was close with the ex-chief of staff Karen Karapetyan who was replaced by Vigen Sargsyan.
