Did Kocharyan Congratulate Sargsyan?

    • Country - Friday, 11 May 2012, 13:38

When Serzh Sargsyan ensured absolute majority for the Republican Party in 2007, then president Robert Kocharyan walked to the head office of the Republican Party and congratulated the Republican Party.

The Zhoghovurd Newspaper informed that Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan visiting NKR on the 20th anniversary of Shushi met and talked long. It is interesting whether Robert Kocharyan congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on their new absolute victory.

After the parliamentary election of 2007 Kocharyan announced that he had strengthened the party ahead of the election by urging some officials to join the Republican Party.

Therefore, perhaps, Kocharyan congratulated the Republican Party in the party’s head office, considering that victory his own achievement.

This time, perhaps, Kocharyan has no contribution to the absolute majority of the Republican Party, therefore he does not congratulate Serzh Sargsyan, considering Sargsyan’s victory his own defeat.
