Today Serzh Sargsyan visited Mashtots Park and urged Mayor Taron Margaryan to find a solution to dismantle the boutiques. Armen Hovhanisyan, member of the first dismantling brigade who was arrested on Sunday for an attempt of dismantling, told us that Serzh Sargsyan’s step means that we are Saudi Arabia where the head of state is the supreme commander-in-chief and supreme judge and legislature and interpreter of the law and the chief executive.
