One Conscript Dead, Another Wounded in Tavush

On 18.04.2012 at 13:20 the investigative unit of the sixth garrison of the RA Defense Ministry reported that at the emplacements of one of the military units one conscript was found dead, another was wounded.

Criminal proceedings have been launched under Article 104.1 of the Criminal Code.

The wounded conscript underwent surgery and will recover.
